Archgoat - Whore Of Bethlehem
Archgoats creation started way back in 1989 and they continued till 1993. During the years the band was brought back to life in 2004 and one later this album was recorded. Archgoat plays unholy crushing black metal. All down tuned songs with low grunting vocals and nice drums. But the guitars have that buzzing sound like they only use one string. Pity as I don't like this kind of guitarsound... The created atmosphere is old school black metal in songs that sound average and certainly not outstanding. I think this album is more for the real old school buzzing fanatiks and followers of this Finnsih cult band.
