Dawn Of Defiance - Haunted Dreams
The first time to write a review of 1 song! This single CD is more than 6 minutes and the song hides a lot of different styles. Doom, black and death. Vocals are switched from clear to deep brutal and dark. Not high speed but more mid tempo with up tempo passages and even some mystic slow parts. It would be nice to do more with guitarleads to add just a little more to the song. Afterall it's actually a good song but hard to tell more about Dawn Of Defiance by not hearing the other tracks. Let's wait until next month when they will release "Summoning Death", a very fast death metal song, no mid - tempo, just raw and straight to the point. The guys will finish the full length CD with 9 songs on late September (subject to change).
