Deviant - What We Bring Forth
This Deviant hails from Singapore and started in late 1998. The band consist of three members and they play metalcore. They mention bands like Machinehead, Killswitch Engaged and Lamb Of God as influencees and that is what you get. Angry vocals over mid tempo beats with hard hitting drums. The songs have some groovy elements and with the closing song they even go semi ballad. Concluding that this EP is for metalcore fans and a preview of their full length. I hope that they try to become more original in songwriting to stand out of the metalcore line. Love the artwork though.
