Disasterhate - Sacrifice To Eclipse
The band was formed in 2005 by Reitha, Klaudia and Eris and Raven. They all played in various bands and they came together to make an aggressive form of modern thrash metal. In 2007, after several gigs and writing, Raven left the band and was replaced by Giandro. So the band consists now of three females and one guy on drums.
At the end of 2007 they released their first MCD containing 5 tracks. Tracks in a progressive thrash with mixing little death metal influences. The vocals are raw screaming (not yelling) and it goes along with the raw sound in the guitars. But if you play thrash and have two guitarists in the band you have to play fukking leads! Tempo is not top notch thrash as there are a lot of mid paced parts but it never gets really slow. And although it is raw and violent Disasterhate still has the melody and groove like in the title track which is the track I like most. Nice singing while the drums are threatning.
With this MCD the Italians delivered a nice debut and will see if they devolp in the nearby future. And like I said about the leads it would really help them with the necessary excitement.
