Hexenhammer - Divine New Horrors

Hexenhammer hail from Germany and this disk is their first full length effort. And an effort it will stay for a while. The deathmetal they play has some standard, "many times done before" riffs, repeated too many times in one song. Variation is put in by some grooves but the lack of intensity and the unpowerfull production just don't make this work. I'm sure they all handle their instuments very well but this won't blow you away instantly!
