Kauan - Tietajan Laulu
Well I honestly don't know where to begin with this one. I could not find any past nor recent history on this band/artist and I really don't know how to catagorize this music but this in away is a good thing. This album takes from various musical influences and it's tracks are diverse within themselves making each one distinct from the other. Very well thought out and put together nicely. Instumentals are dominent here but when there are vocals they are not annoying and do not break the flow of this album's serene path. Very good music to meditate or contemplate by. This album is like a lucid dream, keeping you in a state of trace yet making sure that your senses are fully alert. If you are looking for hardcore metal brutality then look elsewhere but if you are prepared to travel a journey to another level and feel as though you are in another realm and time then this is the album for you that is if you can find it. This is a well deserving 5/5.
