Korgull The Exterminator - War Of The Voivodes

Hailing from Spain this is Korgull the Exterminator preaching war on your sorry little arses... As their bandname and CD title might supsect, it's clear reference to the early Voivod era but actually this band is more than that.. Furious straightforward thrashing blackmetal with pounding drums, shredding riffs and a lot of punk attitude in the songs. This band is raging from the start to the end all in a tempo heading for nuclear war. The vocals are vicious and sickening screaming and showing no mercy at all. The sound is perfect for this style, totally shredding earth into a post nuclear wasteland, hypnotizing your brain to prepare for disaster.. This album reminds me a lot of the blackmetal punk vibe on Impaled Nazarene's Latex Cult.. If you know that one, you know what I mean... If you like any of the aforementioned, you have to check this out immediately. A perfect soundtrack for the oncoming apocalypse if you ask me...
