Logar's Diary - Book II: Parlainth - The Forgotten City
If you like the trilogy of Lord Of The Rings you probably attracted to this trilogy. Logar's Diary (Germany) created a concept story about a magician called Logar in his world called Earthdawn (role playing game). After "Book I: Iostros" we now have "Book II: Parlainth". Lyrically it is a concept and so read the lyrics to be swallowed into this story. Musically it is a mixture of power, epic and folk metal. Clean vocals, double bass drums, power guitars and sometimes you hear other instruments like keyboards, bagpipe, trumpets and flute. Tempo is up running with breaks and the songs have some catchy hooks. An album full of fantasy and for power metal fans.
