Mincing Fury And Guttural Clamour Of Queer Decay is not only a catchy name for a band, but it is also a pretty good description of the band's sound. The guitar riffs are brutal and the rhythms are relentless. The vocals resemble the squeals of a stuck pig and that is probably no accident as the vocalist Topi sings in the band Pigsty as well. M.F.A.G.C.O.Q.D. sound a bit like Pigsty or maybe Pig Destroyer although the songs on this album (named after the movie "7") are on the average a bit longer and a little more groove-oriented. "7" is the band's fifth CD and whether you are a fan of deathgrind, porngrind, dementgrind or even goregrind, this release contains elements of all the above with a few extra surprises (such as clips from movies and such) thrown in as well.
