Nofuck - Existenzminimum

This Italian Thrash Metal outfit was founded back in 1997 and they materialized their musical ideas in an album titled “Existenzminimum” (German for “Subsistence level”). Nofuck already released a demo called “Syndrome” (2005) which was the first sign of life. “Existenzminimum” is kinda pure and primitive which includes the songs as well as the recoring quality. The band tries to add some progressive parts, but they often fail and the general impression is also below the average. Simple guitar riffs, uninspired drum work and a total lack of originality and innovation are the reasons for this bad review. It´s getting stenuous and exhausting if you listen to the whole 31 minutes of “Existenzminimum” and the band should have spent more time in their rehearsal cave as well as in the studio to offer a mucher better release. The result is a pretty one-dimensional, almost boring wannabe Thrash Metal CD with groovy parts, but without any real force. Hopefully they don´t take the title too serious and never creep around the subsistence level.
