Of Darkness - The Empty Eye
Of Darkness from Spain released in 2005 "The Empty Eye". But what is it? A single, MCD or full length when it contains one song of 54 minutes? The problem with this kind of songs is that you might loose interest when you listen to it for some time. The song starts with a slow drum beating and heavy picked guitars. Vocals are low growling and also slow. Funeral doom at it's purest form. So what you hear in the beginning is looping the whole 54 minutes and you get extras like church bells, distorted guitars and haunted keyboards effects. For the depressed these are life cheering minutes but for outsiders it is not interesting at all. So decide for yourself to which group you belong.
