Pro-Pain - No End In Sight

Ever since recording anthems like “Foul Taste Of Freedom” and “Make War Not Love” in the beginning of their career, Pro-Pain have made no secret of their disdain for the system. No End In Sight demonstrates this defiance as not having wavered through the 90s and up to the present. Former Crumbsuckers bassist Gary Meskil channels their controlled rage as convincingly as ever, giving voice to the punks on the street referenced in “Halo,” gearing their collective anger toward persistent struggle in the face of persistent greed and spite. With the maturity of experience Pro-Pain have tempered their ire with thoughtful musicianship, heartfelt solos and occasional melody, but the delivery remains primal, gritty, and down to earth. Considering the big picture this makes for a powerful recording worthy of their past classics. Stephan Weidner of Bohse Onkelz and Rob Barrett of Cannibal Corpse make special guest appearances here.
