Pustilence - The Birth Of The Beginning Before The Inception Of The End

No, this is not the Dutch death metal masters Pestilence, it is the Australian trio Pustilence with their debut EP with the long title "The Birth Of The Beginning Before The Inception Of The End".

Sean Matulich (bass), Earl (drums/keyboards) and Taylor Burnett (guitars/vocals) present three tracks of merciless death metal attack plus one short instrumental.

What you'll hear is heavy and brutal sound with the deep growls of Taylor Burnett on top of it. This is not super technical stuff, this is old school sounding death metal influenced by the legendary names such as Cannibal Corpse, Morbid Angel and Suffocation.

Pustilence offer various rhythm patterns and heavy guitar riffs with the occasional guitar leads on every track. It is obvious that the guys are experienced musicians and the sound production is on a good level. Pustilence are new and promising band that deserves the attention of the metal labels in order to get more exposure for their music. Check them out!
