Rabhas - Demolizione
Rottenness mixed with obscurity served up by blast beats alternated with rhythmic parts matched with rhythmic impulses of the low frequencies, feral and slimy lash of the medium-high ones and turbulent regurgitations that tightens up everything.
Intro
As it seems with a lot of European bands they like their intros and outros and this psychotic foursome are no different it seems, although they do live up to their genre of psychotic death metal with a violent rampage of drumming.
Il Marcio
Tempered with a toxic rage this track runs wild with a throaty growl whilst the riffs are flavoured with a large coating of malevolence.
Demolizione
Intimidating patterns form a solid structure of angry rhythm. Again the band sing in their mother tongue which is Italian. The harshness of the vocal emerges as savage and unmerciful.
Un Pianeta Di Meno
This track is so far the first one to show any diversity with its brooding passages but doesn’t stray away too long from its psychotic beauty. The wailing sounds adding to its dark depths portraying a rather insane approach to a somewhat rampant track.
Allucinazione Marziale
This has a doom laden structure of slow resounding menace, bristling with a deadly intensifying bass hook and combining an evil pungent vocal.
Dell’ Apparenza
The vivaciousness on this track is quite compelling and aloof. The darker tones are hungry for infectious dramatic wash and the passionate gnarly vocal content adds a serious flavour to the proceedings.
“This album is all brought successfully to life by Rabhas through rhythmic stabbings, guttural growls and muscular structures that embrace a somewhat vindictive rage through their own blend of psychotic mastery!”
Idiozia
An underlying predatory track that breeds a dark malevolence and colours the emotions with that of an intensely distinct ominous presence.
Tutti V Tutti
Anthemic tantalising can be felt here with striking mesmeric passion. The broody structures are harsh and emotive in every sense of the word and constantly delivering a rhythmic swathe of madness.
Outro
With guitars lending themselves to a raucous flurry of seething seduction and heart felt imagination this track quickly draws to its conclusion.
Summary
Without a doubt this album is very psychotic as it plays out with wailing shrieking riffs and sonic edged bass and a cornucopia of sounds that you wouldn’t find too far from within the depths of hell.
It hosts a savage guttural vocal that chants a lot of the time rather than actually sings. As it plays out in its mother tongue a colourful imagery is painted within the mind and is reflective of what you would expect to find in the mind of a mentally challenged individual.
