The Anal Treatment XXX-Perience / Aceptic Goitre - Gangrenous Mass From Axe & Hook Ejaculation
First things first. I don’t like black metal, white metal or something else. Religion sucks! So I was a little bit confused about the cover of this Split CD, between The Anal Treatment XXX-perience (Greece) and Aceptic Goitre (Greece). Released in 2014 on Rotten Music Records (UK/London). When I saw the cover I immediately thought of black metal, maybe a little bit gore or something else. Come on guys – give them a chance and into the HiFi. First song from The Anal Treatment XXX-perience. It is called 'Black Metal Boy-Toy'. Blunt black metal, high screams or what it shall be, fast drum sounds - simple and boring. Easy guitars – all the time the same sound, riffs and structure. My eardrum is busting but I’m harder than this shit and I hear the first eight songs from The Anal Treatment XXX-perience ‘cause I hope there will come something interesting, but failed. Eight songs that stole 13 minutes of my life and nothing will give it back to me. And the worst: I have to hear it again ‘cause I heard no differences between the songs. What a fuck! At the end 13 minutes full of hate and shit again. If this is what the band wants then they hit the target. The only thing that keeps me going to hear the next band is that I think that The Anal Treatment XXX-perience don’t want to make Black Metal and that I believe they think it’s funny what they made. I think it’s meant basically as a spoof. Puhhh – managed.
Now the next band on this split. Aceptic Goitre. The split is announced as brutal slamming death metal meets extremely horrendous grindcore for 30 minutes of sheer brutality! At least The Anal Treatment XXX-perience has fulfilled nothing. Maybe Aceptic Goitre. And what can I say, boring and uninteresting as it gets. The first song 'Celebrity Clit Commando' is a a thousand times heard boring gore song with slow slam parts which are way way too long and the same in every song. Way too long slam gore parts and sometimes really fast grind-drum parts but the riffs are too silly, simple and easy. Leastways it’s true to some extent that Aceptic Goitre is brutal slamming if not death but rather gore and without grindcore. Perhaps if Aceptic Goitre would have a real drummer the sound would be more dynamic – I don’t know. For me, there is no brutality or feeling only stomp and knock. We shall rate it as an experience and a trial to merge black metal with gore in a funny way. For me a CD for the trashbin – sorry guys.
