Unburied / Seeking Obscure - Split

The first release on Metalbolic Records is a split of two underground death metal acts. First one is Unburied that consists of Mike and Mark. This split is covered in artwork done by Mark and really is old school underground. And this can be said about their music too. Not technically raved but guitar distorted buzz death metal. With a drummachine and deep gurgling vocals the songs are played in most mid tempo. And there are faster tempo parts add to bring the variation. Unburied is making not trendy death metal but coffin breaking bursts. Seeking Obscure is a one man project of Luke (also owner of the label). Luke is playing doom sounding and thick death metal with faster parts. His vocals are stomach burbing and his riffs are short and heavy. But his solo in Die! Die! is the faster part on the split. He is also making use of sound samples as intro or integrates it. Seeking Obscure is not for the masses but for the real UG death metal fans.
