Wolverine - The Window Purpose

This is a release of the 2001 debut CD from Wolverine (Sweden) playing progressive metal. The window purpose tells us a story about a post life experience of someone entering a room with paintings...Something hard to comprehend or explain so I'd better descrive the music which tells a story at its own. Complex arrangments with alot of technical drumming and guitar playing but also a lot of bombastic and heavy passages with keyboards and organs. Vocals show alot of feeling for the style and subject of this disk with a lot of emotion and expression. This is definitely a quality progressive metal album that will grab you by the throat after a few listenings...

10. Post life
11. Again!
