Worldescape - Worldescape EP
Worldescape is melodic death/thrash metal not unlike Carcass or In Flames and this, their second EP since changing their band name from "Doomstone" in 2005 is characterized by relentless blast-beats, well-constructed songs and hard-driving riffs, with occasional flare-ups of pyrotechnical guitar technique and even some harmonies to accompany growls on vox. Doomstone released albums "Obsidian" in 2000 and "Disharmonic" in 2003, made some line-up changes, became Worldescape and put out demos in 2005 and 2006 (both sharing the song "Luminance In Life"). Worldescape will be sharing the stage with bands such as Hatesphere and Fear My thoughts at the Ragnarock open air festival Summer 2007 in Germany.
